Returns/Exchanges
You may exchange your unworn and/or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available. Credit is valid for up to 1 year. After the 30 days, no exchanges are accepted. Watches and jewelry must be in the original packaging in order to process returns with receipt and/or specific information regarding item(s).
*Some items are not available for exchange such as custom orders, giftcards, and merchandise that’s already been exchanged 1+ time.
*One Stop Jewelers is not responsible for any tarnishing that may happen to your jewelry after it is worn. For more information on how to take care of your jewelry, please see our ‘jewelry care’ page.
*Credits are not available for use on repairs.
For in-store purchases, bring your return item(s) within the time allotted with any information regarding purchase into our store during regular business hours and a sales associate can assist you.
For online purchases, please contact info@onestopjewelers with the following information and you will receive an email with a prepaid return slip once approved. Please include a copy inside of your return package.
