Returns/Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

 

When purchasing online or in-store, customers may exchange merchandise within 14 days of purchase if the item(s) is not damaged, worn or altered. Refunds are not made available. After the 14 days, no exchanges are accepted. Watches must be in original packaging in order to return. Original receipt or specific information regarding return must be provided with returned merchandise. One Stop Jewelers is not responsible for shipping, packaging or labeling on returns. 

How do I return merchandise? 

If you would like to return your item(s) within the time allotted, bring merchandise and original receipt or information regarding item into the store. 

If you have purchased your item(s) online and would like to return merchandise within the time allotted, please email info@onestopjewelers.com with your product sku-number listed on your receipt, proof of purchase and a short description describing your reason for return. Photos are always helpful. Upon review, we will issue you an RA number and directions on how to move forward with your return.
