Where can I buy your jewelry?

You can purchase items online or at our Redford, Michigan location. 

What is your warranty and guarantee?

We offer a six month warranty on diamonds and gemstones. A three month warranty is implemented on prongs for diamond and gemstone jewelry. This only covers manufacturers defects. If the merchandise is obviously damaged, the warranty is no longer in play. We are not responsible for shipping or handling on warrantied items. 

Brand warranties on all of our designer watches are included with purchase. You must register with each individual company on their designated websites.  

Mariana jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty within the company that is included with purchase. 

Zable jewelry comes with a three year warranty within the company that is included with purchase. 

Do you offer repairs? 

We provide while you wait repair services at our Redford location with a jeweler on-site everyday of the week!

Do you offer ring sizing?

Yes! In-store and while you wait!

Are gift cards available for purchase? 

Gift cards are not available at this time. 

Does One Stop Jewelers offer financing? 

Yes! One Stop Jewelers is affiliated with Synchrony Financial. At this time, we are only offering financing applications at our Redford location. If you are interested in applying for a Synchrony Financial credit card and are not available to come into our store, contact us by phone or email and we will provide you with an application to fill out and send back for a response. 

Can I pick up merchandise bought online to avoid shipping fees?

All items purchased online must be shipped.  If you would like to know if an item listed online is available in-store, please call us before purchases are made. 

Do you offer special ordering? 

Special ordering is only offered at our Redford location. 

What if I received flawed merchandise? 

Contact us through email (info@onestopjewelers.com) with an item sku-number, description/photo of the flaw, and proof of purchase. If there is a manufacturers defect, we will follow up with instructions on how to return your item. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Do your offer insurance and package tracking?

Yes, we will provide insurance upon request only. 

Do you offer layaway online?

Layaways are only offered at our Redford location. 

Do you offer engraving online?

No, engraving is made available at our Redford location. 

Do you except trade-ins?

Trade-ins are made available at our Redford location. 

Do you sell platinum? 

No, we do not sell platinum.
