Do you offer repairs? 

Yes! We provide repair services at our Redford location with a jeweler on the premises six days a week. If you are unable to come into our store we do accept repairs through mail. 

Do you have watch batteries?

Yes, we supply and install watch batteries in-store and while you wait. The price per watch battery ranges depending on the watch and type of battery. 

Do you offer ring sizing?

Yes, on all metals that allow it. If your newly purchased ring needs to be sized please bring your item into the store for the jeweler to assess. Ring guards are also available. 

Do you sell engagement and wedding jewelry?

Yes! We carry sterling silver diamond wedding sets, yellow and white gold diamond wedding sets, tungsten bands and more. 

Do you do memory pendants?

Yes, we have memory pendants in both sterling silver and gold. Photo process is available in-store and online with extra processing time. 

Do you do name plate chains?

Yes, available for special order and in-store only. 

Do you write appraisals? 

Yes, we offer appraisals on items purchased in-store with customer requests. We also offer appraisals on customers' merchandise for insurance purposes. Prices vary, please see the store for details. 

Are gift cards available for purchase? 

Yes, gift cards are available. Please see our ‘gift card’ page for details. 

Does One Stop Jewelers offer financing and/or leasing? 

Yes! One Stop Jewelers works with Synchrony Financial's Luxury Program and Acima Leasing. You can find the link to our applications for both Acima and Synchrony here.

Do you offer special ordering? 

Special ordering is offered at our Redford location with delivery as soon as the next day. See a sales associate in-store to view our collection of catalogs. 

What if I received flawed merchandise? 

Come into our store to speak to a sales associate directly OR contact us through email (info@onestopjewelers.com) with an item sku-number, description/photo of the flaw, and proof of purchase and/or a copy of the original receipt and we will happily discuss how to move forward.

Do you offer layaway?

Layaway is offered in-store only. 

Do you offer engraving online?

Engraving is available in-store only.

Do you sell platinum? 

No, we do not sell platinum however we do work on platinum repairs.
